Meet Monday is a Christian group for adults with learning disabilities and is part of the outreach of St Mary’s to adults with learning disabilities living in the Bradfield Deanery. The group usually gets together on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at All Saints Church, Upper Bucklebury at 7.30pm. The group is part of the Causeway Prospects network and our mission is to make the good news of Jesus accessible. Our aim is get to know each other well. We offer one another practical and prayerful support; worship together; study the Bible and apply it to real life situations, and have fun. The Bible study is simplified to make it understandable and relevant. Worship is interactive and inclusive so those who don’t read are not left out. Drama, dance and puppets are just some of the methods used. Every person is accepted for who they are and their contribution to the group is welcomed and valued. Causeway Prospects ministry is based on the Principle of Personal Value, a biblical view of the value of people.
