COVID-19: Updates, Advice and What We're Doing

On Tuesday 18 March we received the Church of England's advice to suspend public worship. This means that until further notice St. Mary's family will not be gathering in person for any services, events or meetings. Instead, we will be meeting online, over the phone and in other creative ways so that we can all stay safe and connected at the same time. Come and join us!

Our Plan

This is what we’re going to do for the foreseeable future:

1. Sundays: online services with worship, prayer, teaching and some familiar faces.
Watch a service in our Sunday Recordings section or subscribe to our YouTube channel.

2. Connect Groups: our midweek discipleship groups will be gathering digitally via group
video calls, or phone calls instead of in-person.
Please join one of our Connect Groups.

3. Wednesdays: online reflections will be available on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
Watch a reflection in our Midweek Recordings section or subscribe to our YouTube channel

4. Alpha: our Alpha Course has moved online and meets on Wednesday evenings at 7.45pm.
Learn about our Alpha courses.

Our staff team's focus right now is on providing and supporting:

  • Prayer and worship
  • Pastoral care
  • Communication
